I am now driving a 2002 Teal Blue Nissan Sentra! I am so excited and think we made a great decision. I love it and it drives so awesome! As most of you may know, I really needed to replace my Jeep Grand Cherokee… it really was about to explode I think. :] We sold it online on Craigslist, within hours cash payment with not even a test drive. :p We had been looking for a while, but we were both leery and picky this go around. I knew I wanted a Honda, Nissan or Toyota.
I hope this car will work out really well for us, I think its perfect for me right now and I think it will be even better for a *family* one day :] Its realllly good on gas and is very practical. My parents are in Florida, so I had to announce the news by phone but I e-mailed everyone pictures. It’s fun to have something new to drive… especially with COLD air conditioning, power windows and a radio! :]
The country girl in me is in Country Music Heaven right now :] I look forward to all the award shows in country music, mainly because it’s like my ONLY chance to see all my favorites perform live. It’s great to see so many of the people Iove in one place the same night. I just wish I could be there live. Let me *add* there is another tornado warning here in middle TN… April is NOT our month for weather… :/

Taylor Swift just received a CRYSTAL Milestone Award for selling more albums that any other country artist this year. Reba gave her the compliment of “bringing country music back to the younger generation.” Awesome. :] I don’t care what everyone says I love Taylor, always have.
Lady Antebellum is performing “I Run to You”. They sound so awesome… this song kicks serious butt. I lovelovelove the lyrics. :] We heard it on the radio today a total of 7 times. lol

Trace Adkins is singing an amazing song.. tribute to our heros.. our soldiers protecting us and died for us. He was introduced by a great Marine who was wounded in the war. A military choir just came out to finish the song with him. Touching song but again…kind of depressing... we need some Dierks Bentley "Sideways" or Jason Aldean's "She's Country" to ROCK OUT to!!
Sugarland! Looks like they are performing a new song... another slow one :/ I believe its called "What I'd Give.." Jennifer sounds so crisp and good. I love her voice. She is so powerful. This song reminds me of my best friend Temesa, for some odd reason. I have no clue why either.

I predicted Fearless by Taylor Swift for Album of the Year. That is my all time favorite CD of the year so far. Every song on it is sooooooo good. I love the way she writes. I can relate so easy. I have had it in my Jeep since the day it came out, all day all night, and I’m not even sick of it. Thats a good album in my opinion. :]
